| MOTHER & BABY WELLNESS CENTER |
Serving Expectant mothers
in their time of greatest need. The Mother and Baby Wellness Center is a community outreach for mothers, mothers-to-be, Immigrants and women in general who are either in crisis or have a need or desire to better themselves through the services we provide. Those services include GED, ESL, Computer training, Literacy, pre and post natal issues, counseling, job preparedness, vocational training, permanent housing placement, benefits screening and workshops given by nurses and others covering all areas of need such as: proper infant care and safety, nutrition, breastfeeding, inoculations etc. In addition special programs that reach both mothers and fathers such as Kindermusik are also offered. All our services are free of charge. The Mother and Baby Wellness Center in the Bronx provides most of the same services that are available in the Brooklyn Center. The kindermusik is not currently available in the Bronx.

Kindermusik class
The Mother and Baby Wellness Center will offer a musical learning program for families with children ages newborn and up—Family Time. The new curriculum, created by Kindermusik, is designed to apply musical and developmental learning in a multi-age, multi-child, family environment. This program is a ten - week commitment.
“This is a great way for parents with children of various ages to spend time together, doing one activity as a family, “The little ones watch the older ones, and learn from them.”
The Family Time class will be one hour of musical fun and learning, with instruments, manipulatives, singing and lots of movement.
